Industrial machinery lifting
Our industrial lifting service covers machinery, structures, plants, and manufactured items of all types. We handle heavy loads even with height constraints, floor load capacity limitations, and very limited spaces, using equipment dedicated to exceptional lifting operations such as cranes and hydraulic gantries.
Before lifting, we analyze weight, center of gravity, maneuvering area, and obstacles. Based on this data, we select the most suitable equipment—including a 70-ton KT 150 hydraulic crane and a 35-ton Effer 2100 crane—and define a clear work plan for loading, maintenance, installation, or elevated positioning operations.
Heavy load lifting
In industrial heavy load lifting operations, we work on presses, machining centers, plants, structures, and manufactured items that need to be raised and relocated.
When the work cannot be performed with a conventional crane due to space limitations, under-beam height restrictions, or floor load capacity, we use dedicated equipment: hydraulic gantries with capacity up to 125 tons. We can also coordinate two cranes working in synergy on long or unbalanced loads, always ensuring center of gravity control and millimetric movements.
Elevated lifting
For elevated lifting operations, we use long-reach truck-mounted cranes and dedicated accessories, which allow us to raise your load up to approximately 30 meters (depending on weight and radius). We manage the lifting and elevated positioning of metal structures, silos, metalwork, machinery, and other objects to be placed on upper floors or factory roofs.
In these operations, the margin of error is virtually zero: the load must reach the correct height, with the proper inclination and in perfect alignment with the support structure.
