How we work
1. Site survey and loading plan
Before starting, we conduct a technical survey, collect machinery layouts and define the necessary skills (mechanical, electrical, fluids). From this, the loading plan is developed, designed to optimize timing and allow you to continue working until the last moment.
2. Plant disconnections and disassembly
We disassemble components in sequence, with the assistance of electric cranes, forklifts and aerial platforms. The duration of the operation depends on the complexity of the plant and the number of components, but each phase is scheduled to minimize production downtime.
3. Packaging and transport preparation
Each component is protected and cataloged: dedicated crates and pallets, barrier bags and/or protective greases for sea shipments, clear markings to facilitate reassembly and reduce the risk of errors during reinstallation.
4. Loading and transport
If required, we handle loading and transport directly on flatbed trucks or containers, in Italy and abroad, using Bettella Cav. Marino vehicles or our network of partner freight forwarders. This way we maintain consistency between disassembly, handling and logistics.
5. Unloading and positioning
At destination, we unload each component and transfer it to the final installation point, with equipment suitable even for confined spaces and delicate floors (electric cranes, hydraulic skates, trolleys, roller conveyors).
6. Reassembly and anchoring
Our team handles the mechanical assembly of the plant, working alongside the manufacturer’s technicians when required. During assembly, we anchor the machinery, level it and align it with other lines and existing utilities.
7. Startup and testing
Upon request, we support you during plant startup: we verify that everything functions as expected and that parameters are consistent with pre-disassembly settings, so you can resume production with fewer uncertainties.
