Moving industrial machinery, a packaging line, or a CNC machining center is not simple transport: it is “open-heart surgery” on the company, where a handling error can result in damage to the machine or days of plant downtime.
This is why every heavy machinery handling operation is treated as a technical project: we analyze weights and dimensions, lifting points and flooring, select specific equipment (electric cranes, hydraulic gantries, rollers, dollies) and plan the move centimeter by centimeter, whether for internal moves within the warehouse or relocation to new production areas.
How we handle your industrial machinery
1. Planning and site inspection
We record actual measurements, floor load capacity, under-beam heights, and critical passages. This allows us to tell you immediately what can be done, with which means, and within what timeframe, without vague promises or surprises during the process.
2. Preparation and securing
We secure the machine and the department: we lock moving axes, protect delicate parts, and cord off work areas. This ensures the move takes place without damage to the machinery or the facility, even while production is active.
3. Choosing the right equipment
We don’t just show up with “whatever is available.” Based on weight, center of gravity, and space, we choose the safest combination of electric cranes, hydraulic gantries, dollies, and rollers. The result: fewer risks, less downtime, and a single point of coordination.
4. Controlled handling
The move takes place centimeter by centimeter along the defined path. The goal is singular: to reach the new position without impacts, twisting, or “jolts” that could compromise the machine’s precision.
5. Positioning and startup
Once arrived, we position the machinery in its new workspace. The machine will soon be ready to be reconnected and put back into operation.
